Dear Mike and Caroline

We have just realised that we didn't sign your guest book before we left so please fell free to write any of these comments in on our behalf!

Thank you so much for a wonderful week spent with you over half term. Your chalet is lovely; very clean, warm and welcoming.

As you know we were holidaying with a larger group all staying elsewhere in the village, and so much of our socialising was carried out away from chalet heidi. Despite this you made sure that whenever we were in the chalet, we were made to feel welcome, and part of the overall group.

We are all really disappointed that you are fully booked for next year, but we did manage to get rooms in the Werberbauer (although Charlie is disgruntled that it doesn't have your cool games room) so we may pop in next year just to say hello

Please could you pass on our thanks to Rob Phil and Alex, and once again thanks to you two for your friendliness and hard work which resulted in us having such a lovely time.

	Summer & Winter Holidays from Chalet Heidi Guests' Comments - Winter 2009/10


Dear Caroline, Mike, Phil and Rob Firstly we wish you all the very best for a wonderful year ahead and hope that the New Year was celebrated in style and with snow! We would like to thank you all again for the most amazing holiday. We have not stopped raving about it and are still on a high from the wonderful time we spent with you all in the chalet, on the slopes with my amazing ski instructor and in Austria itself. Thank you for all the effort you put into making Christmas so special for us all, for the good food and continual flow of good humour. Kate repeats the parrot joke with ghusto! Hugs from the 3 of us to the 4 of you Karen, Ewen and Kate		Hi Mike & Caroline Just a quick note to say a big thankyou from me and Olivia for an absolutely fantastic holiday. The food was to a very high standard and was well above all expectations for me and Olivia in all aspects. Both of you and your staff catered for our every need and nothing was too much trouble. We've done nothing but talk about it to people since we got back! if you do that facebook site so we can carry on talking to people about your services. Once again a big thankyou. We could not have asked for more congenial hosts and your Chalet is delightful. Your Chalet 'slaves' Phil and Rob are great guys and also could not do enough for us. Mike's sense of humour kept us laughing and your cooking kept us very full!!! A big thankyou to Rob and his editing skills for taking the photos of us all and the video of Alex skiing down the black run - it has already been sent to family in Australia and I am sure most of my office collegues have now seen it! I am sure no one believed me before when I said my 7 year old can ski just about anything! We look forward to a return visit next year so will be in touch. Caroline, Mike, I hope my email finds you all well and enjoying the winter season! Our thanks to everyone for making our Skiing holiday such a fabulous experience, so much so, you will definitely see Edward and Myself in 2011 (as Will is skiing with school and Barbara is still a maybe at this stage).
