It's been a while since we left Chalet Heidi and I'm sorry for not writing sooner but I would like to say a big thank you to you all (Chris and Ellie too) for giving us such a wonderful holiday. I was quite nervous about the whole thing, not least because everyone else followed us once I'd made the original booking, and I didn't fancy getting the blame if it all went pear shaped! But it was a great success and I can't thank you enough. I also hope that you've been able to recharge your batteries after what must have been an exhausting season.
We would like to return again next year and the first date .........

I could not get myself to write this e-mail last week... I was to depressed
that one of the most amazing holidays I have ever been on is over....
I would just like to say thank you so much for all your trouble with us. We
really had a GREAT time at Chalet Heidi! Your hospitality, the lovely food,
your extra trouble in showing us around, etc, etc really made it one of the
most amazing holidays we have ever had! If you ever decide to visit South
Africa, please let us know, so that we can show you around.

I hope you are both well and that the snow continues to be ok - I heard some had fallen in Austria again recently. Was that also in Scheffau?

Chalet Heidi is definitely now the nicest and most spacious chalet we've ever stayed in as a group! I know I've already said this, but there's not harm in repeating it!! I'm not surprised that you've had positive emails coming your way, and if it looks like we could run a successful holiday from Scheffau in summer, I'll be back in touch

Just a note to say thanks so much for making our trip last week so enjoyable. We really enjoyed our time with you, the chalet was lovely and your help and genuine interest in our enjoyment was uniquely special. It felt more like a home than a hotel!
The food is worth special mention in its plenty and quality.
I hope the snow has continued to fall. Our injuries are healing, along with our hangovers!

I know it's a few weeks since our holiday with you, but on behalf of both the families I would like to say a very big 'Thank You' for such a wonderful time.

Just wanted to drop you a quick line to say thank you so much for your hospitality last week. We really enjoyed ourselves on our first ski-ing holiday, and really appreciated the care you took of us. The food was lovely, and the chalet is great - and the kids were well catered for with their early teas and TV room evenings!

Rowan and I would like to thank you for a very special holiday at Chalet Heidi. We really had a wonderful time and enjoyed immensely all your many special touches; the Almdoodler & Schnapps libations; instruction and guiding on the pistes and daily scrump-diddley-ous cakes to name but a few. Our meals were brilliant too. We had sauerkraut with bangers n' mash on Sunday (so there's another thing I can do with a cabbage).
