The Winter Package - What's included in the basic price

  • Help and advice on flights, transfers, driving, ski hire, ski school, lift passes. Welcome drink, introductory chat and help getting your holiday off to a good start.

  • Six nights with 5-course evening meal (starter, main, desert, cheese & biscuits, coffee) Option of high tea for younger children. Children under 13 are not entitled to the full adult 5 course meal and may be expected to have an early meal.

  • Seven days buffet breakfast with a "hot option" daily.

  • Afternoon "tea & cakes" from 4.30pm to 5.30pm

  • Ski guiding on 2 or 3 days (see note below)

  • Tea & coffee facilities available all day.

  • Use of the chalet facilities.

  • A pleasant stay with pleasant staff.

  • Air travel or transfers.

  • Ski equipment hire.

  • Lift pass.

Information on Chalet Heidi Ski Guiding

We will make every effort to ensure a smooth start to our guests' first day of skiing, often accompanying guests to the mountain and ensuring they get to their lesson on time.  Ski guiding, however, is aimed at intermediate skiers capable of skiing red runs in any condition.  We do not instruct our guests and we are not responsible for their safety on the mountain. Clearly, if there is a problem, we will do whatever we can to help, but ultimately our aim is to show our guests around the vast SkiWelt area, pointing out pistes, lift and restaurants that we recommend. Guiding will always be adjusted to the ability of the group on the day.
